Frequently Asked Questions…

  • Yes—I offer secure online therapy for clients across Texas, including Austin, Dallas, Houston, and throughout the state. This makes it easier to access support from the comfort of your home.

  • I am an in-network provider with Aetna and Optum: UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, and Oxford. Alternatively, if I am out-of-network for you, I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, but we can adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.

  • Yes—I specialize in working with adults who appear successful, capable, and composed on the outside—but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are high-achievers who struggle with perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, or chronic stress. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and work through the internal patterns that are no longer serving you, even if everything “looks fine” from the outside.
